  Elegant Arrival Limousine Service

  HORRIBLE!!

  “Our limo was nice, but what made the experience horrible was the fact that they COMPLETELY forgot to pick us up...ON MY WEDDING DAY!!!! I had to call THEM and find out where they were, and they were CLUELESS that I was supposed to have a limo that day. The kicker is that they called me to confirm the limo service the day before!! Well then they send out a replacement an HOUR later and I was late for my wedding. Then tried to say that I still owed them money even though I had already been paid up months before. The limo was nice, but the sunroof was broken so I didnt get the picture that I wanted with me and my groom out the window. The heat was broken, so we were freezing the entire way to the church (When he finally showed up). I asked for red carpet service...never got it!! Then when I called to complain about the service a few weeks later, They were pretty much like well what do you want us to do?. ARE YOU SERIOUS??????? So then to make up for their mistakes, he said that they would send us a gift card to a restaurant and free limo service to the dinner. Well when we got the cards in the mail, it was for $25 for the restaurant (thats what? one meal??) and the supposed free limo service was only if we were going to use the limo for over 8 hours. It doesnt take 8 hours to eat dinner!!!!!!! These guys are the worse. \n”
