  “I will not use Ohare ride again. We had a terrible experience after using them for a year. The car showed up at Ohare and told us we had a shared ride - even though we ordered the ride a week before. It wouldn't have been so bad - except we were going to Evanston and the other party need to go to Northbrook. The scheduler hung up on us when we said we didn't order a shared ride.”
